Streamline patient check-ins with eKiosk

eKiosk is a new feature of eForms that allows your patients to check themselves in when they arrive and prompts them to automatically fill in their patient forms. Whether you use a practice device, or a QR code that allows patients to check-in on their own device, eKiosk will assist your busy reception team, save time and improve the patient experience at your practice.

How eKiosk works

    Step 1

    Your patient arrives at your practice. They access the eKiosk portal either on a practice device, or on their phone by scanning a QR code you have generated and displayed in the reception area.

  • STEP_2-removebg-preview

    Step 2

    Your patient enters their full name, DOB and mobile number to confirm their identity. They will then be prompted to complete the check-in process.

  • STEP_3-removebg-preview

    Step 3

    Once your patient has checked in, your D4W Appointment book will be automatically updated indicating the patient's arrival.

  • STEP_4-removebg-preview

    Step 4

    New patients will then be guided to complete a new patient form, while returning patients will access a pre-filled form to update their existing information.
