Centaur Software provides its customers with ongoing software support for all its products, which we believe is critical to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. Our ongoing support is offered under annual agreements with renewable terms and includes general product support via telephone/email, Remote Access Support via Broadband Internet, software upgrades, product and industry enhancements (i.e: HICAPS Link, Medicare CDBS) and more.

Our customer support and services are recorded via Customer Service Management software (ticketing software), so each support request is tracked under each individual customers profile. This assists our Support Analysts by allowing them to see previous issues for the individual customer as well as perform searches for similar issues reducing resolution times.

Centaur recommends that customers obtain the services of a local hardware IT Technician for general IT/hardware support.

Support Hours (EST)

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 8:30pm


9:00am - 4:00pm (Emergency Support Only)


National Public Holidays
Centaur Support will be closed on Australian National Public Holidays such as Christmas, ANZAC Day, etc. If the National Public Holiday falls on a Saturday Emergency Saturday Support is also unavailable.

Non-National Public Holidays
On non-National Public Holidays that include NSW, Centaur Support will have limited staff available during limited hours to assist our customers not observing the holiday on that date.

Centaur Software has again been named a Winner of the Australian Achiever Awards for Australia’s Computer Systems, Software & Internet Services. Centaur Software is the NSW State Winner for excellence in customer relations.

The judging process for the 2014 Australian Achiever Awards for this category was completed on February 14, 2014. Now into its seventeenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’ own customers – an indication of a well-run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.

The award system focused on seven criteria, each scored separately – Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service. Centaur Software received an overall score of 95.55%

Centaur Software has also previously topped the Sydney internet and Computer Services and Supplies category, winning the Australian Achiever Award for outstanding Customer Support three years in a row and were finalists in the Consensus Software Awards – ‘The Best in Australasian Software’.
