Support and Upgrades
Customers on our Support and Upgrades (S/U) Contract are entitled to the following:

  • Unlimited Phone and Remote Access Support during Support Hours. This allows us to help you with issues large and small to do with your Centaur Application(s)
  • Upgrades via our Internet Upgrade feature or via CD* which include: 
    • New Features (ie: New industry standards such as CDBS Items, updated links to HICAPS Software, improved Interface appearance, etc)
    • Bug Fixes
    • Software that is tested and certified on the most recent of Microsoft Operating Systems so when you upgrade your hardware your Centaur Application is ready to work with you

Upgrades Only

Customers on our Upgrades Only (UO) Contract are entitled to the following:

  • Upgrades via our Internet Upgrade feature or via CD* which include: 
    • New Features (ie: New industry standards such as CDBS Items, updated links to HICAPS Software, improved Interface appearance, etc)
    • Bug Fixes
    • Software that is tested and certified on the most recent of Microsoft Operating Systems so when you upgrade your hardware your Centaur Application is ready to work with you
Please note: Support is still available on a Upgrades Only Contract, but will incur a No Support Fee.

Our customers have the choice of either of the above Contracts, or can chose to have No Support. Customers on No Support do not receive upgrades, however Support is available for assistance with using the product(s), but will incur a No Support fee.

*Customers who wish to receive upgrades via CD are limited to 2-3 Upgrades per year and will need to contact the Accounts Department each time to request a CD.
